回风机站与溜破系统共回风道排尘风机并联运行时的相互影响分析

【摘要】:针对某矿井下溜破系统排尘风机工作效率低的问题,利用FLUENT软件,对-270m水平17线回风联巷风机所排出风流的流动规律和-370m中段距17线回风天井井口较远的排尘风机的运行进行了研究,结果表明:-370m中段溜破系统长距离排尘巷道内的风流大面积回流,且又重新进入风机的入风口,最终导致粉尘大量堆积在-370m中段溜破系统长距离排尘巷道内无法排出。根据已发现的问题,给出了回风机站建设的建议。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of low working efficiency of dust exhaust fan in sliding system under a mine, the flow law of air flow in return air roadway fan of-270m level 17 line and the operation of dust exhaust fan far from the wellhead of 17 line return air patio in the middle section of-370m line are studied by using FLUENT software. The results show that the air flow in the long distance dust drainage roadway of-370m middle section slips through the system and reenters the air inlet of the fan. In the end, a large number of dust accumulation can not be discharged in the long distance dust removal roadway of the-370m middle slippage system. According to the problems found, some suggestions for the construction of return fan station are given.
