【摘要】:为研究三维中空复合材料电性能及力学性能,采用真空导流工艺制备了三种不同高度的三维中空复合材料,采用谐振腔法研究了三种复合材料的相对介电常数(εr)、损耗角正切值(tanδ),并测试了其在1~12 GHz频带下的透波性能,同时对三种复合材料的平压强度和平拉强度进行了研究测试。研究表明:三维中空复合材料随着厚度的增加,其相对介电常数和损耗角正切值不断减小,5 mm、6 mm和8 mm三维中空复合材料的相对介电常数分别为1.93、1.77和1.62,损耗角正切值分别为0.0083、0.0078和0.0065;透波测试表明,在1~12 GHz频带下,三种材料的透波性能均小于0.2 d B;并且三维中空复合材料平压强度和平拉强度随织物高度的增加而降低,5 mm、6 mm和8 mm试样平压强度分别为5.8 MPa、4.6 MPa和3.8 MPa,平拉强度分别为7.8 MPa、6.4 MPa和5.2 MPa。以上研究说明三维中空复合材料具有优异的电性能和力学性能。
[Abstract]:In order to study the electrical and mechanical properties of three dimensional hollow composites, three kinds of three dimensional hollow composites with different heights were prepared by vacuum flow conduction process. The relative dielectric constant (蔚 r) and loss angle tangent value (tan 未) of three composite materials have been studied by resonator method, and their transmittance has been measured in the frequency band of 1 ~ (12) GHz. The results show that the relative dielectric constant and loss angle tangent of the three kinds of composites decrease with the increase of thickness. The relative dielectric constants of 5mm / 6mm and 8mm 3D hollow composites are 1.93 ~ 1.77 and 1.62 respectively, and the tangent value of loss angle is 0.0083 respectively. 0.0078 and 0.0065; The wave transmittance measurements show that the transmittance of the three materials is less than 0.2 dB under the frequency band of 1 ~ (12) GHz. With the increase of fabric height, the flat compressive strength and tensile strength of 3D hollow composites decreased by 5 mm or 6 mm and 8 mm, respectively, by 5.8 MPa. The horizontal tensile strength of 4.6 MPa and 3.8 MPA was 7.8 MPa, respectively. 6. 4 MPa and 5. 2 MPa. The above results show that 3D hollow composites have excellent electrical and mechanical properties.
