【摘要】:多孔材料在许多行业有着广泛的应用,越来越多的聚合物能成功的制备出均匀的孔结构。三醋酸纤维素具有优良的机械性能,本文选用三醋酸纤维素为膜材质,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,采用静态呼吸图法制备了有序的蜂窝状微孔膜。考察了溶剂、浓度、温度、湿度等条件对蜂窝状微孔膜微观结构和孔径大小的影响。实验表明,浓度在0.5wt%-2.0wt%范围内,温度在15℃-35℃范围内,湿度在70-90RH%范围内,以载玻片为基板可以制得孔径约3μm的蜂窝状微孔膜。孔径随着浓度的增加,温度的增加而减小,高湿度的环境下可以制得大孔径的微孔膜,静态法减少了空气的扰动作用,有利于提高膜的规整度。通过在铸膜液中浸泡无纺布,来制备大面积的蜂窝状微孔膜,改变浓度以及无纺布放置方式来考察膜表面孔径大小分布。空气中PM2.5的含量对人体的健康构成了一定的威胁,对空气中小颗粒的净化刻不容缓,CTA/无纺布多孔膜的孔径在1-4μm,而空气中PM2.5的直径在这个范围内,可以用CTA/无纺布多孔膜来截留空气中PM2.5。改变了三个变量即不同浓度下形成的膜,空气流速,空气中PM2.5的含量,考察对空气截留率的影响。结果表明CTA/无纺布多孔膜对空气中PM2.5具有一定的截留作用。
[Abstract]:Porous materials have been widely used in many industries, the successful preparation of homogeneous pore structure more and more. Three cellulose acetate polymer with excellent mechanical properties, this paper selects three cellulose acetate membrane with dichloromethane as the solvent and honeycomb porous films were prepared using ordered static breath figure method was investigated. Solvent, concentration, temperature, humidity and other conditions on the influence of microstructure and pore size of honeycomb porous films. Experimental results show that the concentration in the range of 0.5wt%-2.0wt%, the temperature at 15 DEG -35 DEG range, the humidity in the range of 70-90RH%, honeycomb microporous membrane substrate can be prepared aperture of about 3 mu m to slide. The aperture with the increase of concentration, the temperature decreases with the increase of the high humidity can be prepared microporous membrane with large pore diameter, static method can reduce the disturbance of air, improve the regularity of the film through. The casting solution for non-woven fabrics, to honeycomb microporous membrane preparation of large area, changing the concentration and placed to examine the non-woven membrane surface pore size distribution. The PM2.5 contents in air on the human body is a threat to small particles, air purification urgent, CTA/ non-woven porous membrane aperture in 1-4 m, and PM2.5 in the air of diameter in this range can be used to intercept CTA/ non-woven porous membrane PM2.5. in the air changed form the three variables under different concentrations of membrane, air velocity, air content in PM2.5, the effect on the air interception rate. The results show that the CTA/ film has a porous nonwoven fabric retention of PM2.5 in the air.
