多壁碳纳米管协同改性及高介电纳米复合材料的制备

【摘要】:以硬脂酸(SA)和铝酸酯(ACA)为改性剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为表面活性剂对多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)进行协同改性。然后以改性碳纳米管为填料,硅橡胶(SR)为基体,通过溶液共混方法制备了MWCNTs/SR复合材料,研究协同改性对MWCNTs/SR复合材料性能的影响。由SEM表征可知,协同改性后碳纳米管在复合材料中的分散性得到改善。通过TGA表征发现,碳纳米管经协同改性之后能显著提高复合材料的热稳定性,与未改性MWCNTs/硅橡胶复合材料相比,其分解温度(T(onset))由438.9℃提高到473.2℃。在100 Hz条件下,MWCNTs/SR复合材料的介电常数由270增至970,增幅高达259%。经协同改性制备的复合材料具有更高的介电常数,且介质损耗基本不变。
[Abstract]:Stearic acid (SA) and aluminate (ACAA) were used as modifiers. 12 sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) was used as surfactant to modify MWCNTsof multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), and then modified carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were used as fillers and silicone rubber (SDBs) as matrix. MWCNTs/SR composites were prepared by solution blending method, and the effects of co-modification on the properties of MWCNTs/SR composites were studied. The dispersion of carbon nanotubes in the composites was improved after co-modification. TGA characterization showed that the thermal stability of the composites could be significantly improved by co-modification of carbon nanotubes. Compared with unmodified MWCNTs/ silicone rubber composites, the decomposition temperature of MWCNTs/ silicone rubber composites was increased from 438.9 鈩,
