【摘要】:研究了以CoCl2为原料、碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂制备钴氧化物超细粉末前驱体,考察了反应温度、反应时间、物料加入方式及溶液pH对前驱体粒子形貌和煅烧后的钴氧化物粉体粒子的粒径及分布的影响。试验结果表明:在温度20℃左右、反应时间60min、pH为7.0~8.0、正滴定条件下,制得粒径约500nm、粒径分布均匀、沉淀率高且煅烧后呈松散软团聚状的钴氧化物粉体粒子。
[Abstract]:The preparation of cobalt oxide ultrafine powder precursor using CoCl2 as raw material and ammonium bicarbonate as precipitant was studied. The reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. The effects of material addition mode and solution pH on the morphology of precursor particles and the particle size and distribution of calcined cobalt oxide powders were investigated. The results showed that the reaction time was 60 min and pH was 7.0 ~ 8.0 at about 20 鈩,
