锂离子电池硅基薄膜负极材料的研究进展

【摘要】:作为锂离子电池材料,硅基材料有优于碳材料、钛酸锂材料以及锡基材料的理论比容量,成为锂离子电池负极材料研究的一大热点。由于硅基材料存在较大的体积效应,阻碍了硅基材料的商业化。综述了近几年来锂离子电池硅基薄膜材料的研究进展,分析了此类材料的优缺点,展望了硅基薄膜材料的发展方向。
[Abstract]:As lithium-ion battery materials, the theoretical specific capacity of silicon-based materials is superior to that of carbon materials, lithium titanate materials and tin based materials, which has become a hot spot in the research of anode materials for lithium ion batteries. The research progress of silicon-based thin film materials for lithium-ion batteries in recent years is reviewed, the advantages and disadvantages of these materials are analyzed, and the development trend of silicon-based thin film materials is prospected.
