氧化石墨烯改性双极膜中间层的制备与表征

【摘要】:双极膜是新型复合膜,通过反向电压,水在双极膜的界面层发生分解,分解生成了H+和OH-并通过阳、阴膜迁移到溶液中。此工艺过程简单,废物排放少,因此双极膜技术已成为近年来的研究热点,这为解决化工污染、环境、食品工程等技术带来了新的突破点,双极膜技术在国外应用已经很广泛,但是国内由于制备双极膜的成本高且电阻大,导致双极膜在国内应用仍有所限制,所以研究出低水解离电压、稳定性强的双极膜已经成为了近年来双极膜技术研究热点。本论文利用了喷涂法制膜和将氧化石墨烯作为中间层制备出了新型双极膜。与流延法相比,双极膜的膜层比较均匀且较薄,这些因素对降低双极膜的电压有巨大的作用。引用氧化石墨烯作为双极膜的中间层,氧化石墨烯上有较多的含氧官能团,水的氢键在遇到氧化物时发生质子转移,导致水解活化能的下降,降低双极膜的电压。利用单因素法改变制备双极膜的条件,通过改变喷涂物质的浓度和次数,经过I-V曲线测试调控出最佳双极膜,在100mA·cm-2时,电压为1.75V。本论文研究中最佳成膜条件为:喷涂0.3wt%的聚丙烯酸钠的次数为14次,喷涂2wt%的戊二醛次数为4次,喷涂浓度2mg·mL-1的氧化石墨烯次数为2次、喷涂时间设定为3s、相邻喷涂间隔时间为60min。接触角(亲水性测试研究)结果表明该膜的界面层亲水性增强;电渗析实验表明了该膜中间层因为氧化石墨烯的加入,产酸碱能力增强;中间层厚度测试结果表明了新的制备方法制备的双极膜中间层厚度极薄;SEM结果表明聚在AM-1膜表面上形成了极薄且表面均匀的复合膜(中间层和阳膜);双极膜膜溶胀度测试结果表明了膜的耐酸碱性性能增强。
[Abstract]:The bipolar membrane is a new type of composite membrane by reverse voltage, water in the bipolar membrane interface layer decomposition, decomposition of H+ and OH- and by Yin Yang, migrated to the membrane solution. This process is simple, less waste emissions, so the bipolar membrane technology has become a research hotspot in recent years, in order to solve this chemical pollution, environment, food engineering technology has brought a new breakthrough, bipolar membrane technology is widely used in foreign countries, but due to the domestic preparation of bipolar membrane cost is high and the resistance is large, resulting in bipolar membrane will still limit the domestic application, so the research of low voltage water dissociation, bipolar membrane stability has become strong hot issues in the study of bipolar membrane in recent years. This paper use the spraying method film and graphene oxide as the middle layer to fabricate the new bipolar membrane. Compared with casting method, layer of bipolar membrane is very homogeneous and thin, these factors Have a great effect on reducing the voltage of bipolar membrane. Graphene oxide as the intermediate layer of bipolar membrane, graphene oxide has more oxygen-containing functional groups, hydrogen bonding of water in oxide occurs when the proton transfer leads to a decrease in the activation energy of hydrolysis, electric pressure reduction of bipolar membrane. Changes in the preparation of a bipolar membrane using the single factor method, by changing the spraying concentration and number of substances, through the I-V curve test regulation best bipolar membrane in 100mA, cm-2, 1.75V. voltage is the best experimental conditions in this study is: the number of sodium polyacrylate 0.3wt% sprayed for 14 times, spraying 2wt% glutaraldehyde 4 times the number of spraying, the graphene oxide concentration 2mg / mL-1 for 2 times, the spraying time is set to 3S, the adjacent spraying interval is 60min. contact angle (of hydrophilic test) results show that the interface layer of the hydrophilic property of the membrane electrodialysis is enhanced; The results show that the film layer because of the addition of graphene oxide, increase production base ability; the thickness of the middle layer the results of test show that the intermediate layer thickness method for preparation of new preparation; SEM results show that poly in the AM-1 film formed on the surface of thin and uniform surface of the composite membrane (the middle layer and the Yang film); bipolar membrane swelling test results show that the enhancement of acid and alkaline property of the film.
