微波辅助加热法制备ZIF-8工艺研究

【摘要】:以六水合硝酸锌和2-甲基咪唑为原料,以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,以丙酮为纯化试剂,通过微波辅助加热法合成沸石咪唑酯骨架材料-8(ZIF-8),并采用XRD、BET和SEM对制得产物的结构与性能进行表征分析。研究结果表明,微波辅助加热法制备ZIF-8晶体的最佳工艺条件:当六水合硝酸锌和2-甲基咪唑的摩尔配合比为1∶4、反应时间为50min、反应温度为130℃时,可制得形貌为六棱柱、结晶度较高、比表面积较大的ZIF-8晶体,产率达到43.76%,比表面积达到1878.48m2/g。
[Abstract]:Zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methyl imidazole were used as raw materials, dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent and acetone as purification reagent. Zeolite imidazolyl ester framework material -8ZIF-8N was synthesized by microwave-assisted heating. The structure and properties of the product were characterized and analyzed by XRD-BET and SEM. When the molar ratio of zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole is 1: 4, the reaction time is 50 min and the reaction temperature is 130 鈩,
