玻璃粉表面化学镀银及其在太阳能电池的应用

【摘要】:采用超声波辅助乙二醇还原硝酸银的工艺对玻璃粉进行活化处理,以硝酸银为银源,单宁为还原剂,在室温下用化学镀法制备镀银玻璃粉,并将此复合粉末用于晶硅太阳能电池的导电银浆中。利用SEM和EDS对复合粉末、太阳能电池电极表面和截面进行形貌观察和成分分析,利用XRD和DSC对玻璃粉分别进行物相分析和热分析。结果表明:在设定的反应条件下,当硝酸银与玻璃粉的初始质量比为0.09时,银镀层均匀;玻璃粉表面镀覆纳米银可降低玻璃粉软化温度、提高电极厚膜的致密度、并在银硅界面沉积更多银晶体,使电池的光电转化效率从17.551%提高至17.711%。
[Abstract]:Glass powder was activated by ultrasonic assisted reduction of silver nitrate with ethylene glycol. Silver nitrate was used as silver source and tannin was used as reducing agent to prepare silver coated glass powder by electroless plating at room temperature. The composite powder was used in conductive silver paste of crystalline silicon solar cell. The surface and cross section of composite powder and electrode were observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The phase analysis and thermal analysis of glass powder were carried out by XRD and DSC. The results showed that the silver coating was uniform when the initial mass ratio of silver nitrate to glass powder was 0.09 under the set reaction conditions. The coating of nano-silver on glass powder can reduce the softening temperature of glass powder, improve the density of thick film of electrode, and deposit more silver crystals at the interface of silver-silicon. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the battery is increased from 17.551% to 17.711.1%.
