中空颗粒进入熔液的参数分析

【摘要】:通过建立中空颗粒进入熔液的热力学和动力学模型,分析了中空颗粒进入熔液的润湿角、临界尺寸等参数。研究表明,中空颗粒不需外力,自发进入熔液的临界尺寸R与ρ_s、ρ_1、θ有关,当颗粒半径大于临界尺寸,颗粒能自发进入熔液中。当ρ_s、ρ_1一定时,随着润湿角的增加,自发进入熔液临界尺寸R也增加;当ρ_s、ρ_1、θ一定时,所需的外力与R有关,颗粒临界半径越小,颗粒进入熔液中所需的外力越小。
[Abstract]:The wetting angle and critical size of the hollow particles entering the melt were analyzed by establishing the thermodynamic and kinetic model of the entry of hollow particles into the melt.The results show that the critical size R of the hollow particles entering the melt spontaneously is related to 蟻 s, 蟻 s, 蟻 s 1, 胃 without external force. When the radius of the particles is larger than the critical size, the particles can enter the melt spontaneously.When 蟻 s and 蟻 1 are fixed, the critical size R increases with the increase of wetting angle, and when 蟻 s, 蟻 1, 胃 is fixed, the required external force is related to R. the smaller the critical radius of particles, the smaller the external force required for particles to enter the melt.
