甘氨酸燃烧法制备GDC纳米粉体及其烧结的研究

【摘要】:采用甘氨酸燃烧法制备GDC(10 mol%的Gd_2O_3掺杂的CeO_2)粉纳米体,研究了添加不同甘氨酸用量对GDC粉体的影响,不同烧结温度对GDC烧结体的烧结性能的影响。通过X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试分析标明:不同甘氨酸添加量均能合成GDC纳米粉体,但随着甘氨酸添加量的增加,GDC的晶粒尺寸也增大,在1250℃下烧结3 h均能得到相对密度达到97.0%的GDC烧结体。随着温度升高,GDC烧结体的晶粒长大明显,小孔洞数量减少,孔径增大。
[Abstract]:GDC(10 mol% Gd_2O_3 doped CEO _ 2 powders were prepared by glycine combustion method. The effects of different amounts of glycine on GDC powders and sintering temperature on the sintering properties of GDC sintered powders were studied.The results of X-ray powder diffractometer, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) show that the GDC nanocrystalline powders can be synthesized with different glycine content, but the grain size increases with the increase of glycine content.When sintered at 1250 鈩,
