PVDF基功能薄膜制备、改性及性能研究

【摘要】:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)是40年前新兴的一种白色粒状或粉末状的半结晶性综合性能优良的新材料,主要用于防腐涂料、电池隔膜、电绝缘漆、密封材料以及膜组件。聚偏氟乙烯膜是近年发展起来的一种有广泛应用的多功能高分子膜材料,不同孔径的PVDF膜可以用来制备超滤膜、微滤膜、及锂电池隔膜等。PVDF膜以其优异的性能应于膜处理技术,开拓了其在化工精馏、新能源、以及污水处理等领域的应用。用于制备超滤膜和微滤膜聚偏氟乙烯膜已经开始应用到海水淡化、污水处理等领域,有效的缓解了饮用洁净水及水资源的循环利用问题,为膜技术在水处理方面应用开辟了新的篇章。基于微滤膜聚偏氟乙烯膜在水处理方面的优异性能及存在的问题,我们有针对性的对微滤膜聚偏氟乙烯膜进行了详细的研究。主要包括新型PVDF膜的制备,改性及其性能的研究:1)完善了PVDF膜的制备方法和工艺,研究了PVDF浓度、膜的厚度、反应温度、反应时间、脱泡时间对膜的机械性能、亲水性的影响,考察了PVDF膜的热稳定性、孔结构、平均孔径、水通量、截留率等性能,确立了PVDF膜的基本实验条件;2)首次用Zn S/Cu S纳米复合半导体材料对聚偏氟乙烯膜进行改性,研究了PVDF-Zn S/Cu S功能膜的机械性能、亲水性及其可见光催化降解罗丹明B的效率,在Zn S/Cu S浓度为1%和2%时,PVDF-Zn S/Cu S膜的降解Rh B的降解率达到50%和60%;3)制备了PVDF/ESBO(环氧大豆油)、PVDF/PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、PVDF/PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)/Li Cl、PVDF/PMMA/PVP/Li Cl、PVDF/PI(聚酰亚酰胺)、PVDF/F127(Pluronic F127)、PVDF/PI/F127/Li Cl等一系列共混膜,研究了ESBO、PMMA、PVP、Li Cl、PI、F127及其共混对B膜的机械性能、亲水性、平均孔径、孔隙率的影响,探究了添加剂B膜的热稳定性、水通量、截留率等性能的影响,添加PMMA/PVP/Li Cl,PVP/Li Cl,B膜的平均孔径、孔隙率、水通量、截留率提高;PI的加入使得B膜的平均孔径、孔隙率、水通量、截留率降低,F127、PI/F127/Li Cl的加入B膜的平均孔径、孔隙率、水通量、截留率提高。
[Abstract]:Polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF (PVDF) is a new kind of white granular or powdered semi-crystalline composite material which was developed 40 years ago. It is mainly used in anticorrosive coatings, battery diaphragm, electric insulating paint, sealing materials and film components.Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane is a kind of multifunctional polymer membrane material developed in recent years. PVDF membranes with different pore sizes can be used to prepare ultrafiltration membrane, microfiltration membrane, lithium battery membrane and so on.Its applications in chemical distillation, new energy and sewage treatment are explored.It opens a new chapter for the application of membrane technology in water treatment.Based on the excellent performance and existing problems in water treatment of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane, we have made a detailed study on PVDF membrane.This paper mainly includes the preparation, modification and properties of new PVDF membrane. (1) the preparation method and process of PVDF membrane were improved. The effects of PVDF concentration, film thickness, reaction temperature, reaction time, defoaming time on the mechanical properties and hydrophilicity of PVDF membrane were studied.The mechanical properties, hydrophilicity and the efficiency of visible light catalytic degradation of Rhodamine B on PVDF-Zn S/Cu S functional membrane were studied.The effects of ESBO / PMMA / Li ClPIP / F127 and its blends on the mechanical properties, hydrophilicity, average pore size and porosity of B membrane were studied. The effects of additive B membrane on thermal stability, water flux and retention rate were investigated.With the addition of Pi, the average pore size, porosity, water flux and retention ratio of B membrane were decreased, and the average pore size, porosity, water flux and retention rate of B membrane were increased with the addition of Pi / Li Cl.
