形状记忆环氧泡沫的制备与力学性能研究

【摘要】:形状记忆聚合物泡沫(Shape Memory Polymer Foam)具有密度小、质量轻、高压缩率及形状记忆效应的特点,使其在生物医学及航空航天领域有极大的应用前景。本文以形状记忆环氧树脂为基体,将软质聚氨酯泡沫材料作为辅助发泡材料制备了一种复合型形状记忆环氧泡沫,并采用DMA、TGA、FTIR及XPS分析测试手段分析对复合泡沫材料进行表征,研究发现形状记忆环氧复合泡沫材料在固化过程中发生了SMEP与软质聚氨酯泡沫材料的化学交联反应。软质聚氨酯泡沫材料对复合泡沫的玻璃化转变温度起到了一定的调节作用,随软质聚氨酯泡沫材料含量降低,复合泡沫材料Tg升高,储能模量升高。复合泡沫材料与原材料相比其分解起始温度降低,分解终止温度升高,复合泡沫可在200℃以下使用。通过SEM及力学压缩测试研究复合形状记忆环氧泡沫结构、力学性能与制备参数(T/K/模具)的关系,测试结果表明制备得到的复合泡沫为开孔泡沫,泡孔分布较均匀,每个制备参数均会对泡沫孔径产生影响,但只有静置时间T会影响泡孔各向异性及均匀性。复合泡沫弹性模量在几到几百千帕,使用时承力较小,其制备参数对复合泡沫弹性模量的影响均可归结为泡沫材料泡孔分布及孔径对材料弹性模量的影响,一般孔径越大,复合泡沫材料的弹性模量越小。高温下形状记忆环氧复合泡沫发生玻璃化转变,弹性模量明显降低。最后通过形状记忆测试及驱动实验对复合泡沫的形状记忆性能进行了表征,发现通过调节制备条件(K/T/发泡容器)可获得具有一定压缩率,良好形状记忆性能的形状记忆环氧复合泡沫材料。热驱动与电驱动均在约3min左右完成,回复性能较好。
[Abstract]:Shape Memory Polymer foams have the characteristics of small density, light weight, high compressibility and shape memory effect, which make them have great application prospect in biomedical and aerospace fields.In this paper, a kind of composite shape memory epoxy foam was prepared by using shape memory epoxy resin as matrix and soft polyurethane foam as auxiliary foaming material. The composite foam was characterized by DMA-TGA FTIR and XPS.It was found that the chemical crosslinking reaction between SMEP and soft polyurethane foam occurred during the curing process of shape memory epoxy composite foam.Soft polyurethane foam materials play a certain role in regulating the glass transition temperature of the composite foam. With the decrease of the content of soft polyurethane foam material, the composite foam material TG increases and the storage modulus increases.Compared with the raw materials, the initial decomposition temperature of composite foams is lower, and the decomposition termination temperature is higher.
