网友文档精品近日为您收集整理了关于过硫酸盐缓释材料释放性能的影响因素研究的文档,,希望对您的工作和学习有所帮助。以下是文档介绍:中国环境科学 2014,34(5):1187~1193 China Environmental Science过硫酸盐缓释材料释放性能的影响因素研究陈方义 1,2,杨昱 2,廉新颖 2,姜永海 2*,席北斗 2,李定龙 1,张进保 2,马志飞 2(1.常州大学环境与安全工程学院,江苏常州 213164;2.中国环境科学研究院,北京 100012)摘要:运用不同配比制备多种过硫酸盐缓释材料,采用欧盟标准化组织制定的 NEN 7375 标准浸出方法测试其释放性能,利用相关性分析和克里格插值法探究材料组分配比对过硫酸盐缓释材料释放性能的影响规律.结果表明:作为制备过硫酸盐缓释材料基质材料的水、砂和水泥均有一定的适配范围,即水含量在 5%~35%之间,砂含量在 0~85%之间,水泥含量在 5%~85%之间;缓释材料的扩散系数与砂含量呈现显著的正相关,与水泥含量呈现显著的负相关,而与水含量无显著相关性;基质材料对过硫酸盐缓释材料扩散系数的综合作用较为复杂,总体而言,当水泥含量高于砂含量时,水含量是影响缓释材料扩散系数的主要因素,当砂含量大于水泥含量时,砂含量则是影响缓释材料扩散系数的主要因素.此外,增加缓释材料中过硫酸盐的含量可以提高过硫酸盐的释放速率并延长缓释材料的使用寿命.关键词:组分配比;过硫酸盐;缓释材料;释放性能中图分类号:X523 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1000-6923(2014)05-1187-07Influence factors of the release properties of the slow-release persulfate material. The release performancewas tested according to NEN 7375flume experiment method developed by anization for standardization.The influence law of ponent materials on the release properties of slow-release persulfate materials was studied bycorrelation analysis and Kriging interpolation method. Water, sand and cement were the matrix materials for formingslow-release persulfate materials. There was a certain adaption range for ponent. The range percentages for water,sand and cement are 5% to 35%, 0% to 85%, and 5% to 85%, respectively. The diffusion coefficients of slow-releasepersulfate materials had significant positive correlation with sand content. It showed significant negative correlation withcement content and there is no significant correlation with water content. prehensive effect of the matrix materialson the diffusion coefficients of slow-release persulfate materials was plicated. However, the main factor whichaffecting the diffusion coefficient was water content when cement content was higher than sand content, while cementcontent was lower than sand content, and then it became sand content. The release speed of slow-release persulfatematerial would be increased and the release cycle would e longer with the increasing of persulfate content.Key ponent ratio;persulfate;slow-release material;release properties目前,活性渗透反应墙(PRB)技术已成为地下水污染修复的主流技术,并得到广泛应用[1-5].过硫酸盐缓释材料因其造价低廉、在过渡金属催化条件下能够产生强氧化性的硫酸根自由基SO4-,并且在酸性、中性、碱性条件下均具有良好的氧化能力[6-7],近年来常被用于土壤和地下水中难降解有机物的去除[8-12].研究表明,过硫酸盐浓度为 200mg/L 时就能够对浓度为 10mg/L 的难降解有机污染物(如 2,4-DNT、MTBE 等)起到良好的降解效果[13-16],而过硫酸盐在水中溶解度为 5.3~54.9g/100mL,因此在实际工程中,若将过硫酸盐直接作为 PRB 填料,不可避免的会造成氧化剂的浪费和地下水的二次污染,同时也不能对地下水污染物起到长期有效的降解效果[17-20],因收稿日期:2013-08-26基金项目:国家“863”项目(SS2012AA062025)、国家自然科学基金(41373129)* 责任作者, 副研究员, jyhai203@1188 中国环境科学 34 卷此在实际工程应用中有必要采取技术手段对过硫酸盐进行缓释以达到长期高
