Ce掺杂ZnO复合中空材料的制备及其光催化性能

【摘要】:以乙酸锌[Zn(CH_3COO)_2·2H_2O]、硝酸铈[Ce(NO_3)_3]为原料,脱脂棉为模板,采用浸渍-热转化法制备出一系列铈(Ce)掺杂量不同的氧化锌(ZnO)复合中空材料,利用SEM、TG、XRD对Ce/ZnO进行表征。借助罗丹明B的脱色降解作为模板反应,考察煅烧温度和Ce掺杂量对Ce/ZnO光催化性能的影响。结果表明:700℃煅烧3h制得的Ce掺杂量为1%的Ce/ZnO复合中空材料对罗丹明B的降解效果最佳,紫外灯照射2h可使罗丹明B溶液的降解率达到100%。
[Abstract]:Using zinc acetate [Zn(CH_3COO)_2 2H_2O], cerium nitrate [Ce(NO_3)_3] as raw material and degreased cotton as template, a series of cerium cerium doped ZnO composite hollow materials with different doping amount were prepared by impregnation and thermal transformation method. The Ce/ZnO was characterized by Ce/ZnO.The effects of calcination temperature and ce doping on the photocatalytic properties of Ce/ZnO were investigated by decolorization and degradation of Rhodamine B as template reaction.The results showed that the best degradation effect of Rhodamine B was obtained with 1% ce doped Ce/ZnO composite hollow material calcined at 700 鈩,
