轴向密度梯度蜂窝夹层板的振动与屈曲分析

【摘要】:蜂窝夹层板在航空航天、汽车、船舶等领域已经得到了广泛的应用,在建材、包装运输及体育用品领域也逐渐崭露头角,未来的应用前景十分广阔,是一种性能十分优秀的功能性材料。本文将分级梯度蜂窝概念引入常规蜂窝,连续改变相邻蜂窝胞元尺寸,在总体尺寸和质量与常规蜂窝相等的条件下构造了沿面内特定坐标方向具有连续变化的胞元分布蜂窝,进而形成了在面内具有连续相对密度梯度的蜂窝夹层板结构。应用哈密顿原理和最小势能原理推导了轴向密度梯度蜂窝夹层板的振动和屈曲控制方程。在考虑了蜂窝芯层的几何特征后,应用CATIA软件建立三维实体模型,前处理软件ANSA进行几何清理、网格划分,有限元软件ABAQUS进行了建模与仿真,通过对比试验数据验证了方法的合理性。应用有限元联合仿真对六边形和矩形轴向密度梯度蜂窝夹层板进行了特征值屈曲分析和模态分析。研究了不同面板厚度、蜂窝胞元壁厚和蜂窝夹芯层高度对夹层板的稳定性以及固有频率的影响。同时还分析了在改变这些参数时梯度的变化对蜂窝密度梯度夹层板的稳定性和固有频率的影响。
[Abstract]:Honeycomb sandwich plates have been widely used in the fields of aerospace, automobile, ship and so on. They are also gradually emerging in the fields of building materials, packaging, transportation and sporting goods.It is a functional material with excellent performance.In this paper, the concept of graded gradient honeycomb is introduced into conventional honeycomb, and the size of adjacent honeycomb is continuously changed. Under the condition that the total size and mass are equal to that of conventional honeycomb, a cellular distributed honeycomb with continuous variation along the specific coordinate direction in the plane is constructed.Furthermore, a honeycomb sandwich plate structure with continuous relative density gradient in the plane is formed.The governing equations of vibration and buckling of honeycomb sandwich plates with axial density gradient are derived by using Hamiltonian principle and minimum potential energy principle.After considering the geometric characteristics of honeycomb core layer, the 3D solid model is established by using CATIA software, geometric cleaning, mesh generation, and finite element software ABAQUS are modeled and simulated by pre-processing software ANSA.The rationality of the method is verified by comparing the experimental data.The eigenvalue buckling analysis and modal analysis of hexagonal and rectangular density gradient honeycomb sandwich plates are carried out by finite element simulation.The effects of different thickness of panel, wall thickness of honeycomb cell and height of honeycomb sandwich layer on the stability and natural frequency of sandwich plate were studied.The influence of gradient on the stability and natural frequency of honeycomb density gradient sandwich plate is also analyzed.
