复合板料摆碾铆接、胶接和混合连接性能研究

【摘要】:使用摆碾铆接、胶接和摆碾-胶接混合连接技术对玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料进行连接,通过拉伸试验检测该连接方式下的静强度。比较了不同连接方式的连接效果,分析了胶接时间、有无垫圈、多铆钉对连接强度的影响。实验表明摆碾-胶接混合连接能够有效提高连接件强度;垫圈对抗拉伸性能影响最大,加垫圈试件承载能力可显著提升29.46%;在一定时间范围内,胶接时间的延长可以大幅度提高连接件的静强度;然而与拉伸方向一致的双铆钉使用不能提升板料拉伸性能。
[Abstract]:The fiberglass reinforced resin matrix composites were bonded with pendulum rolling riveting, gluing and pendulum grinding. The static strength of glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composites was tested by tensile test. The influence of bonding time, gasket and multiple rivets on the connection strength is analyzed. The experimental results show that the strength of the joint can be improved effectively by swinging and gluing, and the bearing capacity of the bearing capacity of the specimen with the washer can be significantly increased by 29.46. within a certain time range, the bearing capacity of the bearing capacity of the bearing capacity of the test piece with the washer can be increased significantly. The static strength of the joint can be greatly improved by the extension of bonding time, but the tensile properties of sheet metal can not be improved by using double rivets with the same tensile direction.
