香港理工大学研发出“随身空气净化机”使用石墨烯、碳纳米管等材料

【摘要】:正据香港《大公报》报道,空气质量人人关心,但现时空气净化装置无法随身携带。香港理工大学机械工程学系研发出最新半导体纳米纤维TZBG,大幅提升传导性能,新材料可做用于净化空气及消毒的光触媒物质,质地柔软,适用于不同表面,更可制成挂坠佩戴,犹如"随身空气净化机",防止大肠杆菌侵入,亦令净化效率比现今技术高十倍,成本却低逾九成。在第45届日内瓦国际发明展中获颁"评判特别嘉许金奖"。该项目采用静电纺纱技术,将石墨烯、碳纳米管等高传导性纳米材料植入半导体纳米纤维,"如同为流动的电子修
[Abstract]:According to the Hong Kong Ta Kung Pao, everyone cares about air quality, but air purifiers are not portable. The Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University has developed the latest semiconductor nanofiber TZBG.The new material can be used as photocatalyst for air purification and disinfection. It is soft, suitable for different surfaces, and can be made into pendant to wear. Like a "portable air purifier" to prevent E. coli from invading, the efficiency of purification is 10 times higher than that of current technology, but the cost is more than 90% lower. At the 45 th Geneva International Invention Exhibition, he was awarded the Golden Award for Special recognition. The project uses electrostatic spinning technology to implant highly conductive nanomaterials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes into semiconductor nanofibers, "as if for mobile electronic repair."
