热成型工艺对镍包铁粉填充橡胶电磁屏蔽及隔声性能的影响

【摘要】:研究了热成型工艺对镍包铁粉填充橡胶电磁屏蔽性能及隔声性能的影响。结果表明:硫化时间随硫化温度的升高而降低,硫化时间过长及硫化温度过高对材料的电导率及电磁屏蔽性能均有不利影响。当硫化温度为150℃时,材料的电磁屏蔽性能最佳。硫化压力提高,材料的密度会得到提升,材料的隔声量相应得到提高。当硫化压力为40 MPa时,材料隔声量最高,达到34.9 d B。
[Abstract]:The effect of hot forming process on electromagnetic shielding and sound insulation of nickel-coated iron powder filled rubber was studied. The results showed that the vulcanization time decreased with the increase of the curing temperature, and the excessive curing time and the high vulcanization temperature had adverse effects on the conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties of the materials.
