聚酰亚胺与锌锡氧化物、硫化铅纳米功能薄膜复合制备研究

【摘要】:锌锡氧化物和硫化铅作为新一代的半导体材料以其优异的光电性质和光敏性质等广泛应用于太阳能电池和传感器等方面,而聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜作为一类具有优异机械性能、热稳定性能、耐化学性和电性能的高分子薄膜材料,是包括氧化锌锡和硫化铅无机功能层柔性复合薄膜优选的基底材料,可拓展半导体复合薄膜的使用范围,本文采用水解法,原位法和掺杂法制备了聚酰亚胺/氧化锌-氧化锡复合薄膜:采用离子交换和界面沉反应制备了聚酰亚胺/硫化铅复合薄膜,并对薄膜进行了无机功能层组成、结构及表面形貌表征,主要进行了以下工作:1、以聚酰亚胺/聚酰胺酸/掺杂金属盐的聚酰胺酸为基体材料,采用水解法/原位法/掺杂法制备了含有氧化锌和二氧化锡的聚酰亚胺复合薄膜,通过X射线衍射法确定了薄膜表面无机化合物的晶型组成,通过扫描电镜观察薄膜表面无机功能层的表面形貌,通过能谱分析得知薄膜表面元素组成,确定了离子交换的溶液采用乙醇作为溶剂时更有利于目标离子载入聚酰亚胺薄膜表面,同时探索了金属离子半径、价态等对离子载入聚酰亚胺薄膜表面的影响。2、采用聚酰亚胺成品膜通过碱液水解、离子交换及热处理制得了聚酰亚胺/硫化铅的复合薄膜,通过X射线衍射法确定了聚酰亚胺薄膜表面的无机化合物的晶型,通过扫描电镜观察薄膜表面无机功能层表面的表面形貌,探究热处理温度、热处理时间及热处理气氛对复合薄膜表面无机功能层表面形貌的影响。
[Abstract]:Zinc tin oxide and lead sulfide as new generation semiconductor materials are widely used in solar cells and sensors due to their excellent photoelectric properties and Guang Min properties, while polyimide (Pi) thin films have excellent mechanical properties. Polymeric thin films with thermal stability, chemical resistance and electrical properties are selected as substrates including zinc tin oxide and lead sulfide inorganic functional layer flexible composite films. The application range of semiconductor composite films can be extended. In this paper, hydrolysis method is used. Polyimide / zinc oxide / tin oxide composite films were prepared by in situ and doping methods. Polyimide / lead sulfide composite films were prepared by ion exchange and interfacial precipitation reaction. The structure and surface morphology were characterized by the following work: 1. The polyimide / polyamide acid / polyamide acid doped metal salt was used as the matrix material. Polyimide composite films containing zinc oxide and tin dioxide were prepared by hydrolysis / in situ / doping method. The crystalline composition of inorganic compounds on the surface of the films was determined by X-ray diffraction. The surface morphology of inorganic functional layer on the surface of the film was observed by scanning electron microscope, and the composition of the elements on the surface of the film was obtained by energy dispersive analysis. It was determined that the ion-exchange solution with ethanol as the solvent was more favorable for the target ion loading on the surface of the polyimide film, and the metal ion radius was also explored. The effect of valence state on the surface of polyimide film was studied. The polyimide / lead sulfide composite film was prepared by alkali hydrolysis, ion exchange and heat treatment. The crystalline form of inorganic compound on the surface of polyimide film was determined by X-ray diffraction. The surface morphology of inorganic functional layer on the surface of polyimide film was observed by scanning electron microscope, and the heat treatment temperature was investigated. Effects of heat treatment time and heat treatment atmosphere on the surface morphology of inorganic functional layer on the surface of composite films.
