【摘要】:本文以聚已内酰胺(尼龙6)为原料利用硅烷偶联剂处理过的玻璃纤维进行增强改性研究制备了玻璃纤维增强尼龙6复合材料(GF/PA6)。1、采用同一处理条件分别应用KH550、KH560、KH570、KH792、DL602五种不同种类的偶联剂对玻璃纤维进行处理考察了偶联剂种类对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明硅烷偶联剂可以附着在玻璃纤维表面偶联剂处理液种类对处理效果有影响。不同型号的硅烷偶联剂处理后的玻璃纤维制备的复合材料的性能不同在考察的五种偶联剂中经过KH550处理的复合材料弹性模量和断裂强度最大。硅烷处理液种类对复合材料的冲击强度影响不大。2、采用同一种硅烷偶联剂KH550考察硅烷偶联剂处理液的浓度对复合材料力学性能的影响结果表明,硅烷偶联剂可以附着在玻璃纤维表面硅烷偶联剂处理液浓度对处理效果有影响。PA6/GF复合材料的弹性模量和断裂强度随玻璃纤维处理液浓度升高先增加后降低硅烷处理液浓度为1.5%时出现最大值。硅烷处理液浓度对复合材料的冲击强度影响不大。3、通过硅烷偶联剂作为连接桥梁研究了马来酸酐(MAH)接枝玻璃纤维(GF)使之生成MAH-KH570-GF与PA6共混制备了玻璃纤维增强尼龙6复合材料(PA6/GF)。考察了马来酸酐对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明MAH与GF发生化学反应复合材料弹性模量和断裂强度均得到提高GF表面的处理对其冲击强度影响不大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 composite material was prepared by using polycaprolactam (nylon 6) as raw material and silane coupling agent was used to strengthen and modify the glass fiber. The glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 composite material was prepared. Five kinds of glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 composites were prepared under the same treatment conditions. The effects of different kinds of coupling agents on the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that silane coupling agent can be attached to the surface of glass fiber. The properties of fiberglass composites treated with different types of silane coupling agents were different. The elastic modulus and fracture strength of the composites treated with KH550 were the largest among the five coupling agents investigated. The type of silane treatment solution had little effect on the impact strength of the composite. The effect of the concentration of silane coupling agent on the mechanical properties of the composite was investigated by using the same silane coupling agent KH550. Silane coupling agent can be attached to the surface of glass fiber. The concentration of silane coupling agent treatment has an effect on the treatment effect. The elastic modulus and fracture strength of PA6 / GF composites increase first and then decrease with the increase of glass fiber concentration. The maximum value was found when the concentration of liquid was 1.5. The concentration of silane treatment solution had little effect on the impact strength of the composite. By using silane coupling agent as the bridge, the maleic anhydride (MAH) grafted glass fiber (GFF) was prepared to form MAH-KH570-GF and PA6 blend to prepare glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 composite (PA6 / GFN). The effect of maleic anhydride on the mechanical properties of composites was investigated. The results show that the surface treatment of GF has little effect on the impact strength of MAH / GF composites when their elastic modulus and fracture strength are improved.
