异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂的应用探究

【摘要】:异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂是一种杂环结构,其杀菌原理主要依靠杂环上的活性部分破坏细菌细胞内的DNA分子,使细菌失去活性。异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂最早由美国人通过β-硫酮酰胺在惰性有机溶剂中卤化形成,并以其高效、广谱、低毒的优点被认为是在水处理应用中最好的杀菌剂。此外,异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂在钢铁冶炼、油田注水、炼油厂、火力发电厂、大型化肥厂、造纸厂、轻纺、水涂涂料、工业清洗等领域也广泛应用。
[Abstract]:Isothiazolinone fungicides are heterocyclic structures whose bactericidal mechanism mainly depends on the active part of the heterocyclic to destroy the DNA molecules in the bacteria cells and make the bacteria inactive. Isothiazolinone fungicides were first halogenated by Americans in inert organic solvents through 尾 -thione amide, and were considered to be the best fungicides in water treatment because of their advantages of high efficiency, broad spectrum and low toxicity. In addition, isothiazolinone fungicides are widely used in iron and steel smelting, oilfield water injection, oil refinery, thermal power plant, large fertilizer plant, paper mill, textile, water coating, industrial cleaning and other fields.
