木纤维尺寸对聚乳酸结晶特性的影响

【摘要】:采用混合热压的方法制备不同形态木纤维/PLA复合材料,并通过DSC和POM分析不同形态木纤维与PLA复合对PLA等温和非等温结晶特性的影响。结果表明:木纤维的加入影响了PLA等温结晶的结晶度、结晶速率和熔融温度等特性。中等尺寸木纤维(直径为0.012~0.050mm,长度为0.3~4.0 mm)能够最有效地增加PLA的结晶度和结晶速率;较大尺寸的木纤维(直径为0.07~0.50 mm,长度为2~10 mm)会阻碍结晶的生长从而降低PLA的结晶度和结晶速率。木纤维复合材料中PLA的熔融温度会随着加入木纤维的尺寸增加而增加;在非等温结晶过程中木纤维会使PLA的结晶度、结晶温度和熔融温度升高,但是尺寸较大的纤维(直径为0.07~0.50 mm,长度为2~10 mm)同样对结晶的生长有很强的阻碍作用,从而降低了PLA的结晶度、结晶温度。POM结果表明,木材纤维会促进PLA的异相成核,并且使PLA在木材纤维表面形成横向结晶层,并且进一步证明了大尺寸的纤维会阻碍结晶生长。
[Abstract]:Wood fiber / PLA composites with different morphology were prepared by mixed hot pressing. The effects of different wood fibers and PLA composites on the non-isothermal crystallization properties of PLA were analyzed by DSC and POM. The results show that the addition of wood fiber affects the crystallinity, crystallization rate and melting temperature of PLA isothermal crystallization. The medium size wood fiber (0.012 ~ 0.050 mm in diameter and 0.3 ~ 4.0 mm in length) can increase the crystallinity and crystallization rate of PLA most effectively. The larger size of wood fiber (0.07 ~ 0.50 mm in diameter and 2 ~ 10 mm in length) will hinder the crystal growth and decrease the crystallinity and crystallization rate of PLA. The melting temperature of PLA in wood fiber composites increases with the increase of the size of wood fiber, and the crystallinity, crystallization temperature and melting temperature of PLA increase during non-isothermal crystallization. However, the larger fibers (0.07 ~ 0.50 mm in diameter and 2 ~ 10 mm in length) also have a strong hindering effect on the crystal growth, thus reducing the crystallinity of PLA. The results of crystallization temperature 路POM show that wood fibers can promote the heterogeneous nucleation of PLA. Moreover, PLA formed a transverse crystalline layer on the surface of wood fiber, and it was further proved that the large size fiber could hinder the crystal growth.
