基于权重置信度的组合赋权法在工程选材中的应用

【摘要】:针对综合评价选材中评价指标的权重难以合理确定这一问题,在分析现有组合赋权法的原理与不足的基础上,提出了基于权重置信度的组合赋权法;以低温存储罐材料的选择为例,运用此组合赋权法对分别由层次分析法、修正熵权法和BP神经网络法得到的8个评价指标的主观权重、客观权重和智能权重进行组合,并以所得组合权重,采用改进的理想解法对10种候选材料进行综合评价。结果表明:此法得到全硬态301型不锈钢是最佳的低温存储罐材料,与实际应用一致;说明采用基于权重置信度的组合赋权法来确定工程材料评价指标的权重是合理可行的。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the weight of evaluation index in comprehensive evaluation selection is difficult to determine reasonably, based on the analysis of the principle and deficiency of the existing combination weighting method, a combination weight method based on weight confidence is put forward. Taking the material selection of cryogenic storage tank as an example, the combined weighting method is used to combine the subjective weight, objective weight and intelligent weight of 8 evaluation indexes obtained by AHP, modified entropy weight and BP neural network respectively. Based on the combined weight, 10 candidate materials were evaluated by the improved ideal method. The results show that this method is the best material for low temperature storage tank, and it is reasonable and feasible to use the combined weight method based on weight confidence to determine the weight of engineering material evaluation index.
