磁光热多功能复合纳米材料的制备与性质的研究

【摘要】:多功能复合纳米材料一般包含有两种或多种不同功能的纳米粒子,这类材料经常呈现核壳结构或者异质纳米结构,在催化、传感、成像、药物传输、基因调控、抗癌治疗等方面有广泛的应用。稀土离子掺杂的钆基氟化物纳米材料具有良好的发光特性和磁性;贵金属纳米材料和碳纳米管具有光热转换性质,能够将近红外光转化为热;将具有以上三种性质的纳米材料复合得到同时具有磁性质、发光性质和光热转换性质的磁光热多功能复合纳米材料,该复合纳米材料在细胞成像、生物传感器、目标药物传输、癌症治疗等生物医学领域具有潜在的应用价值。本论文将稀土离子掺杂的钆基氟化物纳米材料(NaGdF_4:Yb~(3+),Er~(3+),Eu~(3+);NaGdF_4:Tb~(3+),Eu~(3+);NaGdF_4:Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)),多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)或者贵金属(Ag纳米粒子)相复合,利用简单的液相法制备了MWCNTs-NaGdF_4:Yb~(3+),Er~(3+),Eu~(3+);MWCNTs-NaGdF_4:Tb~(3+),Eu~(3+)和Ag/NaGdF_4:Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)多功能复合纳米材料。利用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),能量色散光谱(EDS)和红外吸收光谱仪(FT-IR)表征复合纳米材料的结构、形貌、尺寸和组成;通过荧光光谱仪(PL)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和光热转化实验对样品的发光性、磁性和光热转换性进行了表征,采用MTT法、荧光倒置显微镜和光热治疗效果表征了纳米材料在生物医学中的潜在应用,研究结果表明:所制备的各类复合纳米材料都具有良好的发光性质、磁性质、光热转换性质、低的毒性、好的生物相容性、好的荧光成像和优秀的光热治疗效果。因此所制备的磁光热多功能复合纳米材料在生物医学、环境治理、荧光成像等领域有着广泛的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Multifunctional composite nanomaterials generally contain two or more nanoparticles with different functions. These materials often present core-shell or heterogeneous nanostructures in catalysis, sensing, imaging, drug delivery, gene regulation, Anticancer therapy and other aspects have been widely used. The rare earth ions doped gadolinium based fluorides nanomaterials have good luminescence properties and magnetic properties, and noble metal nanomaterials and carbon nanotubes have photothermal conversion properties, which can be converted into heat by near infrared light. The magneto-optothermal multifunctional composite nanomaterials with magnetic properties, luminescence properties and photothermal conversion properties were obtained by combining the above three kinds of nanomaterials. The composite nanomaterials were imaged in cells, biosensors, and target drug transmissions. Cancer therapy and other biomedical fields have potential application value. In this paper, the rare earth ions doped gadolinium fluoride nanomaterials NaGdF4: YbF4: YbDF4 / EbF4 / NaGdF4 / NaGdF4: NaGdF4: YbF4, multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), or noble metal silver (Ag) nanoparticles are synthesized, and the results show that the structure of NaGdF4 / NaGdF4 / NbF4 / NaGdF4 / 4 / TGdF4 / RE-doped NaGdF4 / RE-doped nanocrystalline fluorides (NaGdF4) are synthesized. The multifunctional composite nanomaterials of MWCNTs-NaGdF_4:Yb~(3 and Ag/NaGdF_4:Yb~(3 have been prepared by using simple liquid phase method. The structure, morphology, size and composition of the composite nano-materials were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometer (XRDX), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and infrared absorption spectrometer (FT-IR). The luminescence, magnetic properties and photothermal conversion properties of the samples were characterized by fluorescence spectrometer, vibratory sample magnetometer and photothermal conversion experiment. MTT method was used to characterize the luminescence, magnetism and photothermal conversion of the samples. The potential applications of nanomaterials in biomedicine were characterized by fluorescence inversion microscope and photothermal therapy. The results showed that all kinds of composite nanomaterials had good luminescence, magnetic properties and photothermal conversion properties. Low toxicity, good biocompatibility, good fluorescence imaging and excellent photothermal therapy. Therefore, the magnetothermal multifunctional composite nanomaterials are widely used in biomedicine, environmental control, fluorescence imaging and other fields.
