一种高性能轻质环氧树脂纳米复合材料的研究

【摘要】:将有机蒙脱土(OMMT)和纳米TiO_2添加到环氧树脂(EP)中,制备了EP/OMMT/纳米TiO_2复合材料,通过扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、综合热分析仪及万能试验机等对复合材料的微观结构、热稳定性能及力学性能等进行了研究与表征。结果表明,复合材料中OMMT的层状结构被完全分解为二维纳米单片,与零维的纳米TiO_2球形成交错结构;当复合纳米填料含量为5份时,EP/OMMT/纳米TiO_2复合材料拉伸模量、拉伸强度、弯曲模量、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度、玻璃化转变温度、热分解温度分别提高了154.8%、81.5%、21.1%、25.3%、65.6%、11.3℃和15.3℃。
[Abstract]:EP/OMMT/ nanocomposites were prepared by adding organic montmorillonite (OMMT) and nano-sized TiO_2 into epoxy resin. The EP/OMMT/ nanocomposites were prepared by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) with X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The microstructure, thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composites were studied and characterized by comprehensive thermal analyzer and universal testing machine. The results show that the layered structure of OMMT in the composite is completely decomposed into two dimensional nanocrystalline monoliths and interlaced with the zero dimensional nanometer-sized TiO_2 spheres, and the tensile modulus and tensile strength of EP- / OMMT / TiO_2 composites are obtained when the composite nano-filler content is 5 phr. The bending modulus, flexural strength, notched impact strength, glass transition temperature and thermal decomposition temperature were increased by 154.8 and 21.51%, respectively, and 65.6 鈩,
