巯基封端低相对分子质量聚乙烯改性纳米银及其在聚乙烯中的分散性

【摘要】:由于纳米银颗粒的小尺寸效应、表面效应、量子尺寸效应和宏观量子隧道效应,限制了它在纳米复合材料中的应用。采用巯基封端的低相对分子质量聚乙烯改性纳米银颗粒,减小了纳米复合材料中纳米银颗粒与聚合物基体的界面能,使纳米银颗粒均匀地分散在聚合物基体中。拉曼光谱和XPS表征结果显示,端基功能化聚乙烯成功接枝改性了纳米银。SEM表征结果显示,改性纳米银在聚合物中均匀地分散。
[Abstract]:Because of the small size effect, surface effect, quantum size effect and macroscopic quantum tunneling effect, the application of silver nanoparticles in nanocomposites is limited. Silver nanoparticles were modified with low molecular weight polyethylene (LMWPE) capped by sulfhydryl group, which reduced the interfacial energy between silver nanoparticles and polymer matrix, and made silver nanoparticles dispersed uniformly in polymer matrix. The results of Raman spectroscopy and XPS showed that nano-silver was successfully grafted by end-group functionalized polyethylene and characterized by SEM. The results showed that the modified nano-silver was uniformly dispersed in the polymer.
