基于响应面法的木质素炭制备工艺优化

【摘要】:为开发生物质导电材料,以木质素为原料,氯化铁为催化剂,通过热解炭化工艺制备木质素炭,并利用响应面法对影响炭产率的4个主要因素即载气流量、升温速率、炭化温度、炭化时间进行了优化。研究结果表明,利用Design-Expert软件的Box-Behnken设计建立的二次多项式模型较显著,当载气流量为1.26 L/min,升温速率为20℃/min,炭化温度为700℃,炭化时间为60 min时,炭产率达到最大值46.04%,与实际值45.86%较为接近,说明优化结果可信。洗涤处理后的木质素炭呈片层堆积状,其结构类似于石墨微晶炭,电阻率为0.353Ω·cm。
[Abstract]:In order to develop biomass conductive material, lignin carbon was prepared by pyrolysis carbonization process with lignin as raw material and ferric chloride as catalyst. The four main factors affecting the yield of carbon, namely, carrier gas flow rate and heating rate, were studied by response surface method. The carbonization temperature and carbonization time were optimized. The results show that the quadratic polynomial model designed by Box-Behnken of Design-Expert software is obvious.
