一种新的面向多材料增材制造的文件格式

【摘要】:在增材制造领域,常用的STL文件只包含模型的几何信息,缺少材料信息,不能加工多材料零件。针对此问题,提出了一种新的面向多材料增材制造的文件格式——MMS格式。该文件格式通过向模型的各个空间区域引入材料索引标识区域的材料类型(如基本材料和功能梯度材料等),并添加材料分布函数描述功能梯度材料在空间区域的材料分布状况,实现几何属性和材料属性的同时描述。同时在引入材料属性过程中,为多材料模型加入颜色信息。实例仿真表明,该文件格式可有效描述多材料模型,切片处理获得的二维层面具有材料信息,能够应用于增材制造。
[Abstract]:In the field of material augmentation manufacturing, the commonly used STL files only contain geometric information of the model, lack of material information, and can not process multi-material parts. In order to solve this problem, a new file format, MMS format, is proposed. The file format describes the distribution of functionally graded materials in the spatial region by introducing material types (such as basic materials and functionally graded materials, etc.) into each spatial area of the model, and adding a material distribution function to describe the distribution of functionally graded materials in the spatial region. The geometric attributes and the material properties are described at the same time. At the same time, color information is added to the multi-material model in the process of introducing material properties. The simulation results show that the file format can effectively describe the multi-material model, and the two-dimensional layer obtained by slice processing has material information, which can be used in material augmentation manufacturing.
