高炉渣棉吸声板的制备与性能研究

【摘要】:随着时代的进步社会的发展,人们对生活、工作、学习中的声环境要求已越来越高。人们对吸声材料的要求和需求量也越来越高,从以前对吸声材料要求具有单一的吸声功能,逐步发展向高吸声性、环保性和经济性等功能转变。而高炉渣棉吸声板是符合发展的一种产品,但目前我国市场上所销售的吸声板大多以醛类胶为粘结剂,这类粘结剂会在生产和使用过程中释放甲醛,对人身体健康产生危害。因此环保型吸声板的研制必然会成为发展趋势。采用硅溶胶、硅溶胶与聚乙烯醇、甲基三甲氧基硅烷改性硅溶胶作为粘结剂,采用外观为实心圆柱型,表面光滑平整,平均直径为6.8μm,具有较好的分散性和耐碱性,但耐酸性稍差,并含有少量渣球的高炉渣棉纤维为原料,制备高炉渣棉吸声板。通过对比实验发现:当采用半干法成型、烘干时间为6个小时、烘干温度为120℃、硅溶胶浓度为25%、硅溶胶与聚乙烯醇配比为2:1、甲基三甲氧基硅烷改性硅溶胶配比为3:1,其中甲基三甲基硅烷改性硅溶胶作为表面憎水剂时制得的吸声板的各项性能最好。各项指标分别为容重160.030kg/m3,抗压强度15.60KPa,吸湿率0.530%,导热系数0.0174W/(m·K),吸声系数0.62,降噪系数0.65。通过各个指标对各种性能的影响分析,成型方法的不同对性能的影响有所不同,其中半干法成型优于湿法成型制板;吸声板的吸声系数随着厚度的增加、容重的增加而增加,但并不呈线性关系;吸声板的压缩性能和拉拔性能,随着硅溶胶浓度的增加而增加;吸声板的导热系数随着硅溶胶浓度的增加而增大;吸湿率随着聚乙烯醇含量的增大而增大。
