声学超表面研究及应用进展

【摘要】:声学超表面是基于广义斯涅尔定律,通过控制波前相位从而进行声波调控的新型人工结构,是声学超材料的重要分支,其新颖的调控机制和灵活的结构设计已经展现出广阔的应用前景。阐述了声学超表面的设计原理与相关研究进展,并对声学超表面有待解决的问题和发展趋势进行了探讨,对于波控结构的设计与制备实现具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:Acoustic supersurface is a new artificial structure which is based on the generalized Snell's law and controls the wavefront phase so as to control the acoustic wave. It is an important branch of acoustic supermaterial. Its novel control mechanism and flexible structure design have shown a broad application prospects. The design principle and related research progress of acoustic supersurface are described, and the problems to be solved and the development trend of acoustic supersurface are discussed, which is of guiding significance for the design and fabrication of wave-controlled structures.
