蜂窝夹层共形承载天线结构剪切性能的试验与模拟

【摘要】:对玻璃钢蜂窝夹层共形承载天线结构设计了常温面内剪切试验,采用三明治夹芯板理论和分离式实体建模方法,利用ABAQUS软件建立其与试验相符的有限元模型,并基于各向异性材料最大应力准则,使用USDFLD定义蜂窝芯失效准则。结果表明:试验获得了此类结构关键性的剪切强度和刚度数据;模拟方法能准确地模拟结构的刚度和强度,从而验证了此类结构在面内剪切载荷下的适应性,为此类结构的使用提供了参考数据,也为此类结构提供了一种较为准确和可靠的模拟计算方法。
[Abstract]:The in-plane shear test of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) honeycomb sandwich with conformal bearing antenna is designed. The sandwich panel theory and the separated solid modeling method are used to establish the finite element model which is consistent with the test by Abaqus software. Based on the maximum stress criterion of anisotropic materials, the failure criterion of honeycomb core is defined by USDFLD. The results show that the key shear strength and stiffness data are obtained, and the simulation method can accurately simulate the stiffness and strength of the structure, which verifies the adaptability of the structure under in-plane shear load. It provides reference data for the use of this kind of structure and a more accurate and reliable simulation method for this kind of structure.
