全海深浮力材料发展综述

【摘要】:介绍了微珠复合泡沫材料、玻璃浮球、陶瓷浮球三类全海深浮力材料的抗压强度、密度、吸水性及适用深度范围等;简述了全海深浮力材料的制备方法,并对国内外全海深浮力材料的发展现状进行了总结;提出了如何在满足抗压强度的同时尽可能地降低材料的密度仍是研制高性能全海深浮力材料所需要解决的关键问题。
[Abstract]:The compressive strength, density, water absorption and applicable depth range of three kinds of full sea depth buoyancy materials, such as microbead composite foam, glass float and ceramic float, are introduced, and the preparation method of the whole sea depth buoyancy material is described. The development status of all sea depth buoyancy materials at home and abroad is summarized, and the key problems to be solved in the development of high performance buoyancy materials are put forward, which are how to reduce the density of materials while satisfying the compressive strength.
