机械合金化法制备Cu基复合材料的工艺与性能研究

【摘要】:采用机械合金化法制备了Cu基复合材料,研究了球磨时间、压制压强、烧结温度和烧结时间对复合材料粉末粒度、抗弯强度和电阻系数的影响。结果表明,Cu基复合材料的最佳制备工艺为:球磨时间40 h,压制压强400 MPa,烧结温度900℃和烧结时间为2.5 h,此时Cu基复合材料可以取得最佳的抗弯强度和电阻系数。
