高温下阻气膜对真空绝热板使用寿命的影响

【摘要】:为进一步提高真空绝热板保温隔热性能、延长使用寿命、完善制作工艺,在介绍真空绝热板基本构成的基础上,对其使用寿命进行了界定;从隔气结构出发提出影响真空绝热板使用寿命的理论依据,建立了相应的数学模型,并通过高温老化实验进行验证。实验结果与理论分析基本拟合,结果表明真空绝热板在高温环境(50/70℃)中应用会加快其阻气膜的老化速度。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the thermal insulation performance, prolong the service life and perfect the manufacturing process, the service life of the vacuum insulation plate is defined on the basis of introducing the basic composition of the vacuum insulation plate. Based on the structure of gas insulation, the theoretical basis of influencing the service life of vacuum insulation plate is put forward, and the corresponding mathematical model is established and verified by high temperature aging experiment.
