匀浆对果胶-壳聚糖复合膜性能的影响

【摘要】:以果胶、壳聚糖为原料,在室温下聚合反应生成复合物,干燥成膜。通过匀浆处理制备光滑平整的复合膜后,研究果胶与壳聚糖反应比例、反应溶液pH值、匀浆时间对复合膜性能的影响,通过正交试验确定果胶-壳聚糖复合膜制备的优化工艺条件:果胶和壳聚糖比例3:1、反应溶液pH 4、匀浆时间30 s,在此条件下制得的果胶-壳聚糖复合膜的性能:拉伸强度(11.48±0.33)MPa,断裂伸长率(33.59±0.51)%,溶胀率(14.36±0.24)%。通过扫描电镜、原子力电镜、红外光谱、X-射线衍射分析手段对复合膜的结构和特征进行表征,结果表明:果胶的羟基和壳聚糖的氨基发生交联反应,生成均匀网状结构的果胶-壳聚糖复合物,该复合物为无定形结构。通过匀浆处理,复合膜表面光滑,结构致密,具有较好的性能。
[Abstract]:Using pectin and chitosan as raw materials, the composite was synthesized by polymerization at room temperature and dried to form film. The effects of the ratio of pectin to chitosan, the pH value of reaction solution and homogenization time on the properties of the composite membrane were studied. The optimum preparation conditions of pectin chitosan composite membrane were determined by orthogonal test: the ratio of pectin to chitosan was 3: 1, the reaction solution was pH 4, and the homogenization time was 30 s. Under these conditions, the properties of the pectin chitosan composite membrane were as follows: drawing. The elongation at break of (11.48 卤0.33) MPa, was (33.59 卤0.51) and the swelling rate was (14.36 卤0.24). The structure and characteristics of the composite film were characterized by scanning electron microscope, atomic force electron microscope and infrared spectrum X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the hydroxyl group of pectin was crosslinked with the amino group of chitosan. The Pectin-chitosan complex with uniform reticular structure was formed and the complex was amorphous. Through homogenization treatment, the surface of the composite film is smooth, the structure is compact, and the composite film has good performance.
