脂肪酸定形相变材料的制备及性能表征

【摘要】:以癸酸-棕榈酸(CA-PA)为相变主材料,活性炭或膨胀石墨为支撑材料,采用真空吸附法制备了脂肪酸定形相变材料。样品的化学结构通过红外光谱表征;表面微观结构通过扫描电子显微镜表征;热物理性能(相变温度、相变潜热等)和热循环性能通过差式扫描量热仪表征。结果表明:CA-PA和活性炭或膨胀石墨都只是简单的嵌合关系,没有发生化学反应生成新物质;CA-PA可以很好地吸附到活性炭或膨胀石墨中;定形相变材料的储放热性能良好,CA-PA-50%活性炭的融化温度为22.7℃,融化潜热为66.38J/g,CA-PA-10%膨胀石墨的融化温度为22.16℃,融化潜热为111.5J/g;热循环稳定性良好,可以经历500次加速热循环。
[Abstract]:Using sebacic acid-palmitic acid (CA-PA) as phase change material, activated carbon or expanded graphite as supporting material, fatty acid phase change material was prepared by vacuum adsorption method. The chemical structure of the samples was characterized by infrared spectroscopy; the surface microstructure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy; the thermo-physical properties (phase transition temperature, latent heat of phase transition) and thermal cycling properties were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that the relationship between the fraction of CA-PA and activated carbon or expanded graphite is simple, and no chemical reaction can be formed to form a new substance, CA-PA, which can be adsorbed into activated carbon or expanded graphite very well.
