多聚赖氨酸膜的自组装及其对细菌吸附性能的研究

【摘要】:以静电吸附力将多聚赖氨酸(PLL)自组装于玻璃基底上,制备了荷正电的PLL膜。研究了溶液p H、自组装时间、浓度等对成膜质量和吸附细菌性能的影响。研究表明,p H=7.4、时间为45 min、浓度为0.200 mg/m L为最佳组装条件。以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作为供试菌,通过涂板计数和显微镜计数法测试了荷正电膜对细菌的吸附能力。结果表明,在最佳条件下制备的PLL膜在30 min内对大肠杆菌吸附率达到92.3%,在45 min内对金黄色葡萄球菌的吸附率达到83.0%,其对革兰阴性菌的吸附率略大于对革兰阳性菌的吸附率。
[Abstract]:Poly (lysine) (PLL) was self-assembled on glass substrate by electrostatic adsorption and positively charged PLL films were prepared. The effects of solution pH, self-assembly time and concentration on the quality of film formation and the adsorption of bacteria were studied. The results show that the best assembly condition is 7.4HH and 0.200 mg/m / L for 45 min,. Using Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as test bacteria, the adsorption ability of positive charge membrane to bacteria was tested by plate counting and microscope counting. The results showed that the adsorption rate of PLL membrane to Escherichia coli reached 92.3 in 30 min and 83.0 to Staphylococcus aureus in 45 min. The adsorption rate of Gram-negative bacteria was slightly higher than that of Gram-positive bacteria.
