憎水性材料表面液滴面积分析方法

【摘要】:液滴面积是表征材料表面憎水性的有效方法,因而介绍了适用于复合绝缘材料污层憎水性能状态描述的液滴面积测量软件开发流程,着重阐述了图像识别液滴形态各个关键环节的核心算法。软件开发的图像处理环节采用拉普拉斯高斯算子,先以高斯低通滤波器平滑处理图像信号,再以拉普拉斯算子高通滤波实现目标对象边界提取。依据人工污秽试验特点,合理设置灰度阈值等手段,将液滴图像与背景图像实现分离。并在此基础上开展了复合绝缘子人工污秽试验研究,以液滴面积最大值代表污层的憎水性能。研究表明使用LOG算子,并结合靛蓝液滴,可以有效提高液滴面积法在污层憎水性能状态描述中的精度,并可应用于复合绝缘子人工污秽试验中憎水性的精细化分析。
[Abstract]:The droplet area is an effective method to characterize the hydrophobicity of the surface of the material. Therefore, the software development flow of droplet area measurement suitable for describing the hydrophobicity of the composite insulating material is introduced. The key algorithms for image recognition of droplet morphology are discussed. In the image processing of software development, Laplacian Gao Si operator is used to smooth the image signal, then Laplace operator high pass filter is used to extract the target object boundary. According to the characteristics of artificial contamination test, the drop image is separated from the background image by setting the gray threshold reasonably. On this basis, the artificial pollution test of composite insulator is carried out. The maximum of droplet area represents the hydrophobicity of the polluted layer. The results show that the LOG operator combined with indigo droplet can effectively improve the accuracy of the liquid drop area method in describing the hydrophobicity of the polluted layer and can be applied to the fine analysis of hydrophobicity in the artificial pollution test of composite insulator.
