线锯用金刚石微粉化学镀镍工艺研究

【摘要】:介绍了D50为6μm线锯用金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍工艺的研究结果。研究采用正交试验优化了工艺,用XRD、SEM、EDS等技术表征了镀镍金刚石微粉的性能。实验表明,在镍盐含量一定条件下,镀液配方中影响镀速的重要因素主次关系为次磷酸钠、乳酸、氨水;当温度为85℃时镀层质量最佳;多次镀覆可有效增加镀层厚度,其分散性也越好。化学镀液优化配方为:硫酸镍25g/L、次磷酸钠30g/L、氨水35ml/L、乳酸10ml/L、乙酸钠15g/L、硫脲20mg/L。
[Abstract]:The results of electroless nickel plating on the surface of diamond micro-powder for wire saw with D _ (50) of 6 渭 m are introduced. Orthogonal test was used to optimize the process and XRD,SEM,EDS was used to characterize the properties of nickel plated diamond powder. The results show that, under the condition of nickel salt content, the most important factors affecting the plating speed are sodium hypophosphate, lactic acid and ammonia, and the coating quality is the best when the temperature is 85 鈩,
