刺激—响应性聚合物复合薄膜的制备和性质研究

【摘要】:聚合物复合薄膜在光学材料传感器、光伏材料、化学涂层和生物功能膜材料等领域有着广泛的应用,对于层状有序的纯聚合物薄膜和有机/无机杂化聚合物薄膜的制备和性质研究一直是材料领域的热点。本论文中,我们利用旋涂、蒸镀和吸附等手段,制备了单层和多层的聚合物薄膜,并研究其膜层结构和性质功能。首先,我们采用交替旋涂制得二氧化钛纳米粒子和刺激响应性聚合物杂化的一维光子晶体薄膜,研究了其对于不同pH的响应性质,并成功将其应用在生物信号到光学信号的传感领域。然后,我们利用蒸镀和旋涂制得金属/刺激响应性聚合物杂化的“三明治”结构干涉器薄膜,研究了其对于不同溶剂的响应性,并利用紫外曝光实现对薄膜的图案化。最后,我们结合微流体器件和全反射傅里叶红外光谱仪,研究了流动状态下单层和层层组装聚电解质薄膜的形成机制,并探讨了其在生物大分子领域,尤其是蛋白质的吸附和性质研究方面的潜在应用价值。
[Abstract]:Polymer composite films are widely used in the fields of optical material sensors, photovoltaic materials, chemical coatings and biological functional film materials, etc. The preparation and properties of layered and ordered pure polymer films and organic / inorganic hybrid polymer films have been a hot topic in the field of materials. In this thesis, we prepared monolayer and multilayer polymer films by spin-coating, evaporation and adsorption, and studied the structure and properties of the films. Firstly, the one-dimensional photonic crystal thin films of titanium dioxide nanoparticles and stimulation-responsive polymer hybrid were prepared by alternating spin-coating, and their response properties to different pH were studied. And it has been successfully applied in the field of sensing from biological signal to optical signal. Then, metal / stimulation-responsive polymer hybrid "sandwich" structure interferometer films were prepared by evaporation and spin-coating, and their responsiveness to different solvents was studied. The films were patterned by UV exposure. Finally, the formation mechanism of monolayer and layer-by-layer polyelectrolyte films in flow state was studied by using microfluidic devices and total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and the formation mechanism of monolayers and layers of polyelectrolyte films in the field of biological macromolecules was also discussed. In particular, the potential application value of protein adsorption and properties research.
