腰果酚基热固性高分子材料研究
[Abstract]:At present, the problem of environmental pollution and shortage of petrochemical resources is becoming more and more serious. Under this background, high attention has been paid to the preparation of polymer materials using renewable resources as raw materials. In this paper, three kinds of polymer materials were prepared from renewable cashew phenol and their properties were studied. The hexagonal cashew phenolic intermediate was synthesized by the reaction of hydroxyethyl carnofol (LITE2020) with methyl ether hexamethylmethylol melamine. The intermediate was epoxied and cured to obtain the hexagonal cashew phenol based epoxy resin. Through a series of analysis and tests, the results show that the initial storage modulus of the epoxy resin is higher than 2100 MPa, with better mechanical properties. Cashew phenol glycidyl ether (UL513) was epoxied, then the intermediate was ring opening and curing with methacrylic acid and its anhydride to obtain two kinds of cashew fruit phenolic methacrylate resin. Through a series of analysis and tests, the results show that the glass transition temperature of this kind of cured film is 117.63 oC, higher than that of common methacrylate resin curing film. Cashew phenolic polyurethane was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization with epoxide citrate (2-cashew phenoxyethyl) ester, methanol and hexamethylene diisocyanate (3HDI) as raw materials. The results show that the thermal decomposition temperature of the polyurethane can reach 290.91 oC, with good thermal stability.
