玻璃混杂纤维抄取垫片材料的性能研究及配方预测

【摘要】:玻璃纤维价格低廉、性能优异,但其在胶乳抄取无石棉密封垫片材料领域的研究报道并不多。本文将玻璃纤维引入到垫片材料配方中,旨在研究玻璃混杂纤维垫片材料的性能,希望通过此研究能够研制出综合性能优良且价格适宜的无石棉密封产品。文章主要的工作及成果如下:(1)采用KH550硅烷偶联剂、PEO试剂、浓硫酸对玻璃纤维进行预处理,取得了一定的效果。(2)测试了垫片材料的压缩回弹率、拉伸强度、密度、烧失率性能,部分配方制备的试样已经能够满足这几项性能的使用技术要求。采用多元线性回归方法分析了配方组分与垫片性能的关系,结果表明:玻璃纤维、QY复合棉纤维对垫片性能有较大影响。(3)在相同工艺条件下,对比分析了玻璃纤维垫片材料与矿物棉纤维垫片的常规性能、耐高温性能及价格比。研究表明:在使用极限温度范围内,玻璃纤维垫片的耐热性能较好;压缩回弹性能、拉伸强度、密度与矿物棉纤维垫片有一定差距,但其价格相对较低,玻璃纤维在密封材料领域具有一定应用前景。(4)对垫片材料配方进行了多目标优化,优化后的结果基本达到了期望的目标值,同时利用优化函数得到的配方实测性能值与函数目标值对比,虽然个别性能值存在一定的偏差,但综合性能较好,优化后的配方具有一定参考价值。(5)建立密封垫片配方BP神经网络模型,以试验数据为样本集。通过网络预测,在隐含层神经元个数为8时得出的预测整体值与试验实际值较接近,虽然个别指标还存在一定的差距,但考虑到较少的训练样本等因素,所得结果可以接受。
[Abstract]:Glass fiber is low in price and excellent in performance, but there are few reports in the field of producing asbestos-free gasket material. In this paper, glass fiber was introduced into the gasket material formulation to study the properties of glass hybrid fiber gasket material. It is hoped that a non-asbestos sealing product with good comprehensive performance and suitable price can be developed through this study. The main work and results are as follows: (1) the glass fiber was pretreated with KH550 silane coupling agent, PEO reagent and concentrated sulfuric acid. (2) the compression resilience, tensile strength and density of the gasket material were measured. Some of the samples prepared by the formula have been able to meet the technical requirements of these properties. The relationship between the composition of the formula and the performance of gasket was analyzed by multivariate linear regression method. The results showed that glass fiber and QY composite cotton fiber had great influence on the performance of gasket. (3) under the same technological conditions, The conventional properties, high temperature resistance and price ratio of glass fiber gasket and mineral cotton fiber gasket were compared and analyzed. The results show that the heat resistance of glass fiber gasket is better in the range of limit temperature. The compressive resilience, tensile strength and density are different from those of mineral cotton fiber gasket, but the price is relatively low, and the glass fiber has a certain application prospect in the field of sealing material. (4) the formulation of gasket material is optimized by multi-objective method. The result of optimization basically reaches the expected target value. At the same time, the measured performance value of the formula obtained by the optimization function is compared with the function target value. Although there are some deviations in individual performance values, the comprehensive performance is better. The optimized formula has certain reference value. (5) the BP neural network model of the seal gasket formula is established, and the test data is taken as the sample set. Through the network prediction, the whole predicted value of 8 neurons in the hidden layer is close to the actual value of the experiment. Although there are still some differences in some indexes, the results can be accepted considering the factors such as fewer training samples and so on.
