Ni的含量对TiC基复合陶瓷材料微观组织及力学性能的影响

【摘要】:金属烧结剂选择Ni和Co,采用真空热压烧结技术,在1500℃下制备了TiC基复合陶瓷材料。研究了该复合材料的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明:随着Ni含量的增加,该材料微观组织中的缺陷先减少后增多,硬度、抗弯强度和断裂韧度先增大后减小;当Ni含量为10 wt%时,微观组织好、力学性能良好,此时该材料的硬度为(18.2±0.6)GPa,抗弯强度为(955.7±11.2)MPa,断裂韧性为(13.5±0.3)MPa·m~(1/2)。
