空心微珠泡沫材料的导热性能研究

【摘要】:通过烧结空心微珠坯体的方法制备了超低容重空心微珠泡沫材料,研究了温度、样品的容重、开孔气孔率对导热性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着温度的升高,空心微珠泡沫材料的导热系数逐渐增大;材料中的封闭孔部分变成连通孔之后,材料的导热系数增大。空心微珠泡沫材料容重为146kg/m~3时,导热系数为0.054 W/(m·K),容重为100~600kg/m~3的样品,样品导热系数与容重之间的关系曲线为y=0.00023 x+0.028
[Abstract]:Ultra-low bulk density hollow beads foam materials were prepared by sintering hollow beads. The effects of temperature, bulk density and porosity on thermal conductivity were studied. The results show that with the increase of temperature, the thermal conductivity of hollow bead foam increases gradually, and after the closed hole in the material becomes connected hole, the thermal conductivity of the material increases.
