船舶沿岸航行水动力数值研究

【摘要】:船舶在限制航道沿岸壁航行时会受到岸壁效应的影响,表现为岸壁的限制作用影响船体绕流场并进而改变船体受力。岸壁效应会使得船舶在航行中具有横移及转首的运动趋势,如果不采取合理的操纵措施,可能会使得船舶有撞岸、触底或船-船相撞的危险。故研究船舶沿岸航行水动力具有重要的意义。 本文采用基于RANS方程求解的数值方法模拟船舶沿岸航行的粘性绕流场,,其中湍流现象采用SST k-ω模型模拟,自由面兴波现象采用VOF方法模拟。文中首先通过模拟直航及斜航试验来验证模拟方法的可靠性,所考察内容包括迭代收敛性、网格尺度收敛性以及计算结果相对试验值的误差。随后论文应用此数值方法分别模拟了船舶沿岸直航和沿岸斜航两种情况下的船体绕流场,并通过分析船体受力和流场细节讨论了船体沿岸航行的水动力产生机理。同时,论文还对船-岸间距、漂角、水深和岸壁倾斜角对船体沿岸航行水动力的影响规律做了分析,并对船舶在限制水域中的操纵策略提出了建议。 本文所采用的数值方法能够较为合理地模拟在限制水域中航行船舶的粘性自由面绕流。所得到的关于船舶沿岸直航岸壁效应以及斜航水动力机理的分析结论对相关研究具有一定的参考价值。同时,文中对不同因素对船舶水动力影响规律的总结以及所提出的船舶沿岸航行操纵策略的建议可以为航道设计人员和船舶驾驶者提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:The ship will be affected by the effect of the shoreline when it restricts the navigation of the coastal wall of the channel. The effect of the bank wall will influence the flow field around the ship and then change the force on the ship. The shoreline effect will make the ship have the moving trend of transverse movement and turn head in the course of navigation if no reasonable handling measures are taken. It may cause the ship to collide with the shore, hit the bottom or collide with the ship. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the hydrodynamic forces of the ship's navigation along the coast. In this paper, a numerical method based on RANS equation is used to simulate the viscous flow field along the coast of a ship, and the turbulent phenomena are simulated by SST k- 蠅 model. The VOF method is used to simulate the wave-making phenomenon on the free surface. Firstly, the reliability of the simulation method is verified by simulating the direct and oblique navigation tests, including the iterative convergence. The convergence of the grid scale and the error of the calculated results relative to the experimental values. Then, the paper uses this numerical method to simulate the hull flow field in the case of the direct and oblique navigation of the ship along the coast, respectively. The hydrodynamic mechanism of the ship sailing along the coast is discussed by analyzing the stress and flow field of the ship. At the same time, the ship shore spacing and drift angle are also discussed. The effects of water depth and slope angle of shore on the hydrodynamic forces of ship navigation along the hull coast are analyzed, and some suggestions on the maneuvering strategy of ships in restricted waters are put forward. The numerical method used in this paper can reasonably simulate the viscous free surface flow around a ship navigating in restricted waters. Relevant research has certain reference value. At the same time. In this paper, the influence of different factors on ship hydrodynamics is summarized, and the advice of ship coastal navigation maneuvering strategy is put forward, which can be used as a reference for channel designers and ship drivers.
