【摘要】:随着自动化技术飞速发展,现代船舶对其电站系统供电品质要求越来越高,要求其电流幅值连续稳定的同时发电成本要有所降低,这使得对电站系统的测控显得越来越重要。而对电站系统的监视、管理和控制依赖于实时性好、精度高的数据采集系统。针对这一需求,本论文参照国内外电站管理的相关资料,基于DSP技术、先进的软件实现技术和虚拟仪器技术设计了船舶电站数据采集单元。本文根据数据采集单元的基本要求给出了数据采集单元的硬件部分,软件部分,虚拟仪表部分的设计和实现方法;针对数据采集单元DSP软件的实现问题,基于MATLAB的自动代码生成技术实现了DSP软件,使得软件的开发周期大大缩短,算法的可靠性得到增强;针对电站系统中信号中存在随机干扰的问题,在信号采集通道设计了FIR带通滤波器,提高了所采集信号的精度;针对数据采集系统频率信号和功率因数采集的测量,本文采用软测量的方法来实现,基于MATLAB的Stateflow设计了软测量算法,实现了对数据采集系统频率,功率因数的准确采集;针对数据采集系统的数据监控需求,基于LabVIEW设计并实现了船舶电站数据采集单元的虚拟仪器,所设计的虚拟仪器能实时准确地监控船舶电站中多路测量数据;针对船舶电站综合自动化需要共享数据的需求,基于LabVIEW设计并实现了船舶电站数据采集单元的OPC (OLE for Process Control)服务器。由测试结果显示,所设计的OPC服务器能实时可靠地共享船舶电站的实时数据。本文所设计的船舶电站数据采集单元可以实时准确采集船舶电站电力系统的电压,电流,频率,功率因数等信息。数据采集单元提供了RS232串口和CAN扩展接口,在上位机部分提供了OPC服务器,使得系统具有很强的数据开放性。该系统操作简单,监控界面友好,接口丰富,在船舶系统中具有一定的应用前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automation technology, modern ships require more and more high power supply quality of their power station system, which requires its current amplitude to be continuous and stable, and the cost of power generation should be reduced. This makes the measurement and control of power station system more and more important, and the monitoring, management and control of power station system depend on the real-time and high precision data acquisition system. This paper refers to the domestic and foreign power station management related information, based on DSP technology. Advanced software realization technology and virtual instrument technology designed the data acquisition unit of marine power station. According to the basic requirements of the data acquisition unit this paper gives the hardware part and software part of the data acquisition unit. The design and implementation method of virtual instrument; Aiming at the realization of DSP software of data acquisition unit, the automatic code generation technology based on MATLAB realizes DSP software, which shortens the development period of the software and enhances the reliability of the algorithm. Aiming at the problem of random interference in the signal of power station system, the FIR bandpass filter is designed in the signal acquisition channel to improve the accuracy of the collected signal. Aiming at the measurement of frequency signal and power factor of data acquisition system, this paper adopts the method of soft sensing, and designs a soft sensor algorithm based on Stateflow of MATLAB. The accurate acquisition of the frequency and power factor of the data acquisition system is realized. According to the data monitoring requirement of the data acquisition system, the virtual instrument of the data acquisition unit of the ship power station is designed and implemented based on LabVIEW. The designed virtual instrument can monitor the multi-channel data of ship power station in real time and accurately. In order to meet the need of data sharing in integrated automation of marine power stations. The OPC Ole for Process Control server of marine power station data acquisition unit is designed and implemented based on LabVIEW. The designed OPC server can share the real-time data of the ship power station in real time and reliably. The data acquisition unit of the ship power station designed in this paper can collect the voltage, current and frequency of the power system of the ship power station in real time and accurately. Power factor and other information. The data acquisition unit provides RS232 serial port and CAN extension interface, and provides OPC server in the upper computer part. The system is easy to operate, friendly in monitoring interface, rich in interface, and has a certain application prospect in ship system.
