基于ANSYS Workbench拓扑优化对止动架轻量化的研究

【摘要】:针对止动架重量过大及焊接、维修工艺性差等问题,提出将拓扑优化方法应用到止动架轻量化设计中。首先,进行三角板模型的静应力有限元计算,并对三角板模型进行拓扑优化,通过对比三角板模型优化前后的计算结果,验证了拓扑优化方法的可行性。然后将拓扑优化方法应用到止动架结构优化设计中,达到了轻量化设计的目的。该方法可应用于同类大型焊接结构件的轻量化设计,具有一定的工程应用价值。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of heavy weight, welding and poor maintenance process of the stop frame, the topology optimization method is applied to the lightweight design of the stop frame. Firstly, the static stress finite element calculation of the triangle plate model is carried out. The topology optimization of the triangle plate model is carried out, and the feasibility of the topology optimization method is verified by comparing the calculation results before and after the triangle plate model optimization. Then, the topology optimization method is applied to the structural optimization design of the stop frame. The method can be applied to the lightweight design of similar large welded structural parts and has certain engineering application value.
