船用增压锅炉给水压差控制系统的设计

【摘要】:在研究船用蒸汽动力系统的过程中,给水压差控制系统是调节锅炉给水量的关键环节,根据给水调节阀和给水泵的模型与工作原理,结合给水走向,建立给水压差系统的数学模型,并对给水泵转速的控制器进行了设计。通过对所系统开环特性的仿真分析,验证了建模方法的可行性与准确性;同时,闭环控制系统所设计的PI控制器同样可以控制给水阀流量,而给水阀流量同时受给水压差和给水泵转速的影响。仿真结果表明,所设计的给水泵转速控制器可以实现对给水阀前后压差的控制,给水压差控制系统具有很好的稳定性和响应快速性。
[Abstract]:In the process of studying marine steam power system, the control system of feed water pressure difference is the key link of regulating boiler water supply quantity. According to the model and working principle of feed water regulating valve and feed water pump, combined with feed water trend, The mathematical model of feed water pressure differential system is established, and the controller of feed pump speed is designed. The feasibility and accuracy of the modeling method are verified by the simulation analysis of the open-loop characteristic of the system. The Pi controller designed by the closed-loop control system can also control the flow rate of the feed water valve, and the flow rate of the feed valve is affected by the feedwater pressure difference and the speed of the feedwater pump. The simulation results show that, The designed speed controller of feedwater pump can control the pressure difference before and after the feed valve. The control system of feed water pressure difference has good stability and quick response.
