【摘要】:消防船是水上消防力量的主力,消防船消防能力的强弱影响着人民群众的生命与财产安全。因为近些年来船舶火灾的发生次数、频率与所造成的破坏日益突出,已经引起了人们的重视。同时,因为石油化工的发展,在沿岸地区,也有着越来越多的输油管道以及石油储罐。这些都是的危险因素,一旦发生火灾,如果没有及时进行火灾救援,所造成的破坏将是难以估量的。所以,消防船的设计与生产已经成为了船舶工程领域的问题。而消防船的技术经济论证能够在保证消防船消防能力的基础上,最大限度地保证消防船的经济性,可以为消防船的设计提供参考作用,是十分有意义的。 本文的主要内容如下: (1)搜集整理现有消防船的资料,分析其各自的技术特点,总结规律。为以后的消防船设计工作提供资料; (2)结合消防船具体特点以及与商船的区别,设计出消防船的技术经济论证评价指标,如消防能力。同时,为了结合现代船舶设计理念与潮流,在评价指标中加入了能效设计指数EEDI。由于常规的能效设计指数EEDI分母为船舶运输能力,并不符合消防船情况,本文中结合消防船情况对其进行了修改。 (3)进行消防船船型的优选并对现有消防船进行技术经济论证。结合所掌握的现有消防船的资料以及设计目标,得到设计消防船的主尺度范围,通过消防船技术经济论证系统对各个方案优选,最终得到在技术性、经济性都有良好表现的船型设计。最后,对优选出来的船型方案实施敏感性分析。
[Abstract]:Fire fighting ship is the main force of fire protection on water. The fire fighting ability of fire fighting ship affects the safety of people's life and property. Because in recent years, the frequency, frequency and damage caused by ship fire have become more and more prominent. Has attracted people's attention. At the same time, because of the development of petrochemical industry, there are also more and more oil pipelines and oil storage tanks along the coast. These are all dangerous factors in the event of a fire. If the fire rescue is not carried out in time, the damage will be incalculable. The design and production of fire fighting ship has become a problem in the field of ship engineering, and the technical and economic demonstration of fire fighting ship can ensure the economy of fire fighting ship to the maximum extent on the basis of ensuring the fire fighting ability of fire fighting ship. It is very meaningful to provide reference for the design of fire fighting ship. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) collecting and arranging the data of the existing fire fighting ship, analyzing their respective technical characteristics and summarizing the rules, and providing data for the design of the fire fighting ship in the future; 2) combining the specific characteristics of fire fighting ship and the difference between fire ship and merchant ship, the technical and economic demonstration and evaluation index of fire fighting ship, such as fire fighting ability, are designed. Meanwhile, in order to combine the modern ship design idea and trend, The energy efficiency design index (EEDI) is added to the evaluation index. Since the conventional energy efficiency design index (EEDI) denominator is ship transport capacity, it does not accord with the situation of fire fighting ship. (3) to select the ship form of fire fighting ship and to demonstrate the technology and economy of the existing fire fighting ship. According to the data of the existing fire fighting ship and the design target, the main scale range of the design fire fighting ship is obtained. Through the technical and economic argumentation system of fire fighting ship, the ship form design which has good performance in technology and economy is obtained. Finally, sensitivity analysis is carried out to the selected ship form scheme.
